World Heart Day 2021

Stroke Association Supportnetwork-Ghana (SASNET-GHANA) activities for the  2021 World Heart Day is align with the Pillars and theme by the World Heart Federation (WHF) for this year WHD event  . Activities for this year would be organized in  collaboration  and with support from  World Heart Federation (WHF)  in partnership with  Non Communicable Disease Control Programme of the Ghana Health Service (GHS), Ministry of Health Promotion Unit  GhNCDA, Ghana Heart Initiative, Cardiolyse ,et al. to scale up action on Control ,Treatment and Prevention of CVD in Ghana .
